New LP : The Dictaphone - The Dictaphone
My favourite French psych garage and noise makers return with another collection of borderline fuzz with hallucinogenic beats, claustrophobic drones, killer bass and distortion that threatens to melt your ears and send you straight into the state of clinical madness. I was absolutely blown away with their 2011 "Past.Future.Void" that was on my top 5 releases of the year, the new S/T cassette on Tolmie Terrapin Press follows the same path and go direct to nrb 1 in 2012 ... if u love Thee Oh Sees and The Cramps this will glide into your dreams like your favourite ice cream.
New : Tropic Of Cancer - The One Left
The eagerly anticipated new single from Tropic of Cancer as landed on the Italian label Mannequin Records, minimal cold-gaze, dark synth-wave of the highest quality but that's what we always expect from Camella Lobo and John Mendez one of the best musical projects that came out of 2011.
