New Cover : Pure X - One Day At A Time ( Willie Nelson cover )

Superlicious Willie Nelson cover by the super super awesome Austin Texas dream-gazers Pure X.

Pure X - Surface Music Video, Pure X + Sleep ∞ Over 19 November @ Occii Amsterdam

Brand new music video from Pure X one of my favorite 2011 bands and albums, "Pleasure" is the debut LP from the Austin trio and its one those records that will be everyone's favorites, was recorded live and its an hypnotic and refined ghostly trip full of gorgeous layers of guitars feedback and bass reverb textures that is somewhere between shoegaze and vintage atmospheric surf dark vibes.

" Pure X Pleasure = 40 degrees + raining + out of coffee + out of cash." Jesse Jenkins Pure X Bassist

Pure X - Pleasure

Austin Pure X is growing and growing so much in my ears, the sweet blend garage surf with a genius shoegaze harmonies all packed in a vintage lazy and blurry lo-fi sounds with a almost claustrophobic Gothic masquerade ball full of flashing colors and echoes of yet to come happiness.
